Residents in land leased mobile home parks are governed by three important documents:  1. Florida Statute 723, The Florida Mobile Home Act, which specifies the rights and responsibilities of park owners and residents.  

2. The Prospectus you were given by management when you purchased your home.  

3. The Park Rules and Regulations you were given at the time of your home purchase. 

The Bylaws and Article of Incorporation are the governing documents for the HOA. 

ALL residents are encouraged to become familiar with these documents to be aware of their rights and responsibilities.
